About
Catalyst BioConsulting (formerly PICO – Postdoc Industry Consultants) is a business consulting group comprised of highly trained Biomedical PhD students and Postdoctoral Fellows from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Catalyst provides a broad range of consulting services for the many challenges faced by start-up and established firms. We offer pro-bono services geared towards the sustainable development and growth of innovative biotech and health technology companies in Wisconsin and beyond.
Our mission is to provide research-based, actionable business recommendations for biotechnology, health technology and pharmaceutical firms. We leverage our analytical skills and scientific expertise to tackle strategic and economic problems to elevate a company’s performance.
Using a team-based approach, Catalyst Bioconsulting provides short term consulting services for the complex challenges faced by start-up and second stage firms. Postdocs and PhD graduate students are highly skilled in conducting rigorous research and filtering through complex issues to formulate objective, research-based recommendations. Each team is made up of 2-3 consultants that will address the needs of your company. Projects are typically completed within 2-4 months with each team member committing 5-10 hours per week.
